After 3 long months of preparing our house for sale, and not much luck with it, we placed it "For Rent" and now, it's rented! I have so missed my blog. It's a chance for me to talk to myself aobut what has been going on in my life and if anyone else sees, then they can get a glimpse too.
I am sooooooooo incredibly tired of picking up and cleaning the house. Of constantly asking the kids to pick up after themselves and hiding our dishwashing liquid under the sink. My whole life has been consumed with school, driving the kids back and forth to the gym and preschool, and cleaning, cleaning, cleaning.
But now it's over and I am so happy!!!!
At first it felt really weird to think of strangers living in our house, but over the last few days we have been able to get to know this nice Canadian family who will bless us with three years of renting our house and now we can move on to packing (what we need to take in the car with us) and enjoying the last 2 1/2 weeks here.
As soon as the house was rented, it hit me that we are really leaving here. The yucky weather is gone and now it's nice and I will really miss it. I will miss our wonderful neighbors terribly and the moms from the gym, but that's how it is when you're in the military, and I am getting used to it.
For now, just big sighs of relief that we can move on without worrying aobut the mortgage.
